Michael joined VenGrowth in 2004. As a senior group member, Michael analyzes, structures and manages subordinated debt and equity investments in mid-market Canadian companies. Since 1996, he’s been an active mezzanine investor with many leading mid-market financing groups. Before VenGrowth, he was Vice President at CCFL Mezzanine Partners. Previous to his merchant banking experience, Michael worked in the information, communication, and entertainment audit practice of an international accounting firm, and subsequently specialized in business valuation and quantification of damages.
