Earl is one of the four original founders of VenGrowth’s retail funds. He has over 33 years of experience in managing venture capital funds for institutional and individual investors. Before joining VenGrowth, Earl was President of TD Capital Group Ltd., one of Canada's largest venture capital pools, and held management positions with RoyNat Ltd., Deloitte and Touche, and General Electric. He was President and Director of the Association of Canadian Venture Capital Companies, and was actively involved with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants accounting committee for venture capital companies, as well as the venture capital finance committee of the Science Council of Canada.
