John joined VenGrowth in May 2006 and is a key group member primarily responsible for completing mezzanine and equity investments in mid-market companies. Before VenGrowth, he was a Director with Roynat Capital, where he originated, structured, and negotiated term mezzanine and equity investments. John has also held finance positions of increasing responsibility in commercial mid-market lending and trade finance with two Schedule I chartered banks.
