Ryan joined VG Partners in 2003. He is a member of the mezzanine finance and buyout teams, responsible for managing certain investments. Ryan serves as director of OnCorp Direct Inc., Paintearth Energy Inc., and NW Packaging.
Ryan is also responsible for VenGrowth's legal matters, including negotiating private equity investments and divestures, and compliance.
Previously, Ryan practised law with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate law issues, with an emphasis on private company transactions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and a LL B from the University of Western Ontario.
