Kelly joined VG Partners in 2008. His responsibilities include reviewing of business plans, and providing analytical support for portfolio companies and potential investments. Prior to VG Partners, Kelly worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with Alluence Capital Advisors Inc., a mid-market M&A advisory firm, where he valued target companies, performed acquisition target searches, and was responsible for research and financial due diligence on behalf of the firm’s public company clients.
