The members of our advisory board are innovators, entrepreneurs and thought leaders from the North American medical and life sciences community. Each has made a major contribution to life sciences as an academic or researcher, helping to make significant advancements in the field.

Dr. Charlie Bishop
With 22 years of pharmaceutical management experience Dr. Bishop co-founded Proventiv Therapeutics, which was acquired by Cytochroma Inc., where he currently serves as President, CEO and Director. Dr. Bishop has held senior positions at Bone Care Int'l Inc. and the Procter & Gamble Company. He holds a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from Virginia Tech, after which he completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Elizabeth Corsi

Dr. Corsi has over 20 years of experience working for both large pharmaceutical companies and start-ups. Currently she is President and CEO of Valexia Pharmaceuticals Inc. Previously, she was President and CEO of Eximias Pharmaceuticals Corp. Dr. Corsi has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy/Science and holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Pace University.

Dr. Harold Wodlinger
In the medical device business for over 25 years, Dr. Wodlinger currently works as a consultant specializing in the commercialization of novel medical devices. Previously, he founded Biomedical Instrumentation Inc., a leading worldwide supplier of cardiac electrophysiology products, which was acquired by a major pharmaceutical firm. Dr. Wodlinger holds a doctorate in Biomedical Engineering.

Dr. Teo Forcht Dagi

A prominent neurosurgeon and neuroscientist, Dr. Dagi is currently a General Partner of HLM Venture Partners. He has consulted on drugs and devices to the FDA and the Office of Technology Assessment of the Congress of the United States, and in clinical and development strategies to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Dagi is a former Director of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. He holds an M.D. and M.P.H. (Master of Public Health) from The Johns Hopkins University; an M.T.S. (Master in Jurisprudence and Philosophy of Science) from Harvard University, and an M.B.A. in finance and strategic planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
